I had a good experience with Ideal Precision--as one who had never gone through a hail-damaged roof process, Daniel Garcia in particular did a great job of shepherding me through it. I felt very confident trusting him to help me understand the different stages of the process.
This will be my last post as we have sold our house in Churchill Estates. Ideal Precision Roofing and Exteriors did an excellent job on our roof! They also replaced the siding on the side of our house and repainted our master bath and garage. They communicated consistently and responded back very quickly when I called or texted. They are competitive and timely in their completion of the work. I highly recommend them!
From my initial phone call to James Keithley after the hail storm, I knew I couldn’t be in better hands. From his inspection, through the entire insurance process, then the adjuster’s Inspection, he was right there by my side to help in any possible way. I can’t say enough about his crew...neat, polite, respectful and above all super hard workers. They had my roof finished in 2 1/2 days (3,ooo sq ft house). It turned out beautiful. Since I also had some damage to the outside of my home, James also recommended a person who could fix the issues. If I could give them more than 5 Stars... they would get 10. Thank you for making this experience painless. BTW...all texts and phone calls were immediately answered and issues resolved.

I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with Ideal Precision Roofing. Dustin Pozan was are POC and he was absolutely amazing!!! We have gone through a couple companies before and they could not get our insurance company to agree to replace our hail damaged roof. Dustin came in and fought for us and finally got our insurance company to see that we did indeed need a roof replacement. We cannot thank him enough for his help! The roof installation crew came out and got it done in one and a half days and did an outstanding job. I would recommend them 10000 times. Thanks again.

Mr. Daniel Garcia is a fresh face for the company, but doing them personable justice. Knowing I was apprehensive, he was friendly, responsive, and professional every step of the way! He found the answers to every one of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable asking them. Most importantly, he gave me answers to questions I didn't know to ask, having been a novice at needing a roof replaced. They worked seemlessly with my insurance company and the entire crew was pleasant and efficient. If you're hesitant, like I was, because they are fairly new to the area, don't be! They've got a great reputation in their other branches and they stand by their product, their quality, and their employees! Highly recommend Ideal Precision Roofing and Exteriors, Inc. And if you're looking for quality painters, I used their contractor for that too and I love their work too!
James Keithley & his roofing crew did a great job on our house recently. Did the new roof job it in 2 days as they promised, took care not to damage any flower beds or plants, & the cleanup was done really well. Was overall a very good experience for us & the new roof looks great.
