Wow! My husband and I were overwhelmed after the 2020 hail storm. We were put in touch with Dustin and he took care of us from start to finish. The company worked with our insurance and had us in a great position financially. Dustin was extremely knowledgeable about the charcoal roof we wanted. He helped dispel old beliefs about 'dark" roofing material and explained every detail we were curious about. My father is a contractor and when he visited from the coast he was impressed with the work! I highly recommend Ideal Precision Roofing for any housing needs! Oh, I forgot to mention, the company did such a great job, everyone in our cul-de-sac chose them for their roofing repairs as well!

I experienced some hail damage last year and needed a complete roof replacement. I noticed that Ideal Precision had several ongoing roofing jobs in the neighborhood. So, I approached one of their project managers named Jared Clonts about a roof inspection. Within the hour he was on my roof pointing out hail damage on a roof that looked perfectly fine to me. My insurance adjuster agreed with his assessment. Not only did I get a beautiful new roof but I got new gutters as well. Their crew was fast and cleaned up the work site afterwards. Jared followed up with me twice after completion of the project to make sure I was satisfied. That's a textbook example of service after the sale.

I work as a Wholeseller in real estate. When I was staring out I would have Dustin Pozan come out and teach me about roof, replacing them, and how much they would cost my investors cash to replace the roofs.

Not only was Dustin always on time but he would stay late to speak to investors directly to inform them of exactly what was going to be getting done. Recently my dads personal home had some damage to it and needed a full replace.

I called Dustin to come out and give him a estimate on the roof. My father house is very large and we expected the bid to be very high. When my father got the bid he shopped that bid to other roofers and none of them could come close to the price Dustin quoted my dad. When the project was going on he was very informative to myself and my father about every detail.

The full replace only took 2 days which was very supported to hear. If you are looking for a roof to get done either as a investor who needs a good roof for cash cheap, or your own home on an insurance claim I highly recommend Dustin Pozan!

We had no clue where to even begin… We worked with Dustin Pozan… Top-notch professional! Took us through step-by-step of what we needed to do and what the insurance company was going to need from us… Did our roof inspection very thoroughly and then told us to contact our insurance company… was even here when the insurance company came to inspect our roof for damages… helped us pick out the best roof suitable for our type of house. After the hailstorm that hit the North Central San Antonio in May of last year we were swarmed by roof repair companies wanting our business. Daniel Garcia from your company was the first no pressure sales person that hit our door. He was always available to review and answers questions prior to and after signing the contract. No funds changed hands until the repair supplies were placed on our property. Daniel made multiple stops by to makes sure the different stages of the contract work was done and completed to our satisfaction. He came by several times after the work was done to see if we had found any problems we had missed. My wife and I would call this above and beyond 5star work.
