Contacted IPR when I needed the roof replaced for hail/storm damage. Dan O helped make the process easy, quick, and pain free. He and the team were professional and did a beautiful job without leaving the place a mess. They made sure to get all the debris picked up, which I really appreciated since I have pups and dont like unnecessary pet visits. I would recommend IPR and specifically Dan if you need any roofing work done!
We bought a home and found lots of damage hidden in the soffits and fascia. James Keithley came to evaluate the repairs needed and sent his crew to get the work done. They removed our old tar-and-gravel roof, replaced rotted plywood, installed new TPO, and replaced a damaged gutter. James answered my calls or texts quickly, even on weekends. The crew cleaned up every day. They were great to work with.
I am beyond thrilled with my new roof! Dustin Pozan took such good care of me. He helped me pick out the perfect color and my house looks amazing now. He handled everything from beginning to end, and the entire process was painless. It is probably the best experience I've had when it comes to home improvements. I highly recommend!!

I had purchased my residence a little over 18 months ago and the roof had some unknown multiple small leaks in different places that became apparent with the heavy rain storm. While getting bids to fix the leaks and gain insight about the health of our roof we decided to replace it with either a asphalt shingle roof or a metal roof. I have contacted several roofing companies to get both a 50 year composition roof and a metal roof quote. Needless to say when Dustin Pozan came out to give me a bid he went above and beyond of what the other companies have.
He inspected my roof, took multiple pictures to show me issues and concerns he had, as well as fixed all the leaks till the new roof could be funded even though there where no guarantee that he would be installing the new roof.
Dustin - came within the center range of my budget, was upfront about all cost and replacement items, as well as went above what the other companies have stated with the extra cost of decking, fascia, and even trim pieces.
His crew was very professional, polite and clean. They removed and installed my new roof within the set time frame. I did not have to worry about anything during the roof replacement and if I had any questions or concerns they were addressed in a short time frame and no excuses were given.

Dustin Pozan was the first person I contacted at Ideal Roofing. He was recommended to me by my neighbor. I saw how quickly and professionally my neighbor had his roof replaced and I knew I couldn’t go wrong. I was sold on using Ideal Roofing after my first appointment with Dustin. He climbed on the roof and inspected it thoroughly. He explained every step of the process in great detail. Everything he mentioned was clear. Dustins loyalty to his customers is above and beyond. He truly stands by his customers as he helped us tremendously when dealing with our insurance company. He professionally discussed and pointed out the many discrepancies my adjuster was presenting and resolved every one. We then finally scheduled a day to begin the new roof. Our roof replacement was completed in ONE day. It took from early morning to sunset, but it was done including clean up. His crew was fast and respectful of my family and home. Dustin is very knowledgeable in the roofing industry and addresses everything related to replacing your roof. Nothing is forgotten or left behind. We are very pleased at our new roof as it adds Great curb appeal to our home. We thank Dustin for his many hours of hard work traveling throughout the city and all the phone calls to us and our insurance adjuster.

From initial inspection, supervising the crew to great follow up after the job was done. Made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. Customer service was phenomenal. After our roof, gutters, and a window were heavily damaged from a hail storm in late May, we hired Ideal Precision Roofing to replace the roof, rain gutters, and a window. Dustin Pozan coordinated the repairs by his hard-working crew and two subcontractors and worked with our insurance company from start to finish. Mr. Pozan and his crew were very professional and worked hard to get all of the work done. Their work also impressed several of our neighbors, who also decided to hire Ideal Precision.
