I’ve used and referred Ideal Precision Roofing many times over the past few years. James Keithley has been wonderful to work with. He explains the process and details of roofing in laymen’s terms so the average person can understand in detail what’s wrong/right and what to expect, including how to deal with insurance companies. As a Realtor, he’s become an integral part of my business, educating my buyers and me during roofing inspections. Ideal Precision Roofing uses high quality materials and skilled workmen. They keep their jobsites clean and work quickly. I highly recommend consulting James and Ideal Precision Roofing for any roofing needs.
We bought a home and found lots of damage hidden in the soffits and fascia. James Keithley came to evaluate the repairs needed and sent his crew to get the work done. They removed our old tar-and-gravel roof, replaced rotted plywood, installed new TPO, and replaced a damaged gutter. James answered my calls or texts quickly, even on weekends. The crew cleaned up every day. They were great to work with.
James Keithley & his roofing crew did a great job on our house recently. Did the new roof job it in 2 days as they promised, took care not to damage any flower beds or plants, & the cleanup was done really well. Was overall a very good experience for us & the new roof looks great.
I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with Ideal Precision Roofing. Dustin Pozan was are POC and he was absolutely amazing!!! We have gone through a couple companies before and they could not get our insurance company to agree to replace our hail damaged roof. Dustin came in and fought for us and finally got our insurance company to see that we did indeed need a roof replacement. We cannot thank him enough for his help! The roof installation crew came out and got it done in one and a half days and did an outstanding job. I would recommend them 10000 times. Thanks again.
From my initial phone call to James Keithley after the hail storm, I knew I couldn’t be in better hands. From his inspection, through the entire insurance process, then the adjuster’s Inspection, he was right there by my side to help in any possible way.
I can’t say enough about his crew...neat, polite, respectful and above all super hard workers. They had my roof finished in 2 1/2 days (3,ooo sq ft house). It turned out beautiful.
Since I also had some damage to the outside of my home, James also recommended a person who could fix the issues.
If I could give them more than 5 Stars... they would get 10. Thank you for making this experience painless.
BTW...all texts and phone calls were immediately answered and issues resolved.
Had an absolutely great experience with Dustin and Ideal Roofing. They helped with insurance and kept a very clean site. It was as seamless as possible. I highly recommend using Ideal Roofing!
Very Responsive!!! I had few estimates and decided to go with Ideal Precision Roofing because they seemed the most knowledgeable and provided outstanding feedback. Trying to pick a roofing contractor is difficult so I went with other reviews and my gut feeling - You won't be disappointed!!! My expectations were far exceeded and I'm very happy with the roofing replacement.
The process of getting the estimate and completing the roof was professional and efficient. James was responsive and focused on getting the job done quickly and right!!! Very grateful for how smooth this experience was from start to finish...thank you
James has always been our go-to guy when it comes to roofs. He is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, prompt, deticated, modest with his recommendations, and very through throughout the process. Great company to work with and would recommend to anyone looking for a affordable roofing company!
