We recently had our roof replaced by Ideal Precision, and it was a great experience throughout. Dustin Pozan was honest and straightforward starting with our initial meeting and quote, and he kept us informed all through the process. This will be my last post as we have sold our house in Churchill Estates. Ideal Precision Roofing and Exteriors did an excellent job on our roof! They also replaced the siding on the side of our house and repainted our master bath and garage. They communicated consistently and responded back very quickly when I called or texted. They are competitive and timely in their completion of the work. I highly recommend them!

After the hailstorm that hit the North Central San Antonio in May of last year we were swarmed by roof repair companies wanting our business.
Daniel Garcia from your company was the first no pressure sales person that hit our door.
He was always available to review and answers questions prior to and after signing the contract.
No funds changed hands until the repair supplies were placed on our property.
Daniel made multiple stops by to makes sure the different stages of the contract work was done and completed to our satisfaction.
He came by several times after the work was done to see if we had found any problems we had missed.
My wife and I would call this above and beyond 5star work.
