We were hurting after the snow storm damaged our home. I did not click the "good quality and "good Value" selections on this review because they were PERFECT and GREAT!!!! We reached out to Ideal Precision Roofing and never called another company! They were beyond excellent to work with and professional! James Keithley made the process simple with over communication, reasonable timelines, and was so detailed when it came to the walk through upon completion! I would with out a doubt tell anyone to reach out to James and company for any roofing or home remodeling projects!
I cannot say enough about that deal Precision and their team! Professional, punctual, respectful of property, and most of all experienced!
My house is 6500+ SF with a concrete tile roof. This was a very large job for a residence. There were some glitches. It took longer than anyone expected. There were some inconveniences because we are living in the house. However, when the job was completed the results were marvelous and well worth the glitches and inconveniences, which will soon be forgotten. Highly recommended. Ask to work with James. He is good for anything he tells you he will do.

Best roofing company in the great state hands down! I’ve dealt with many other companies in the past and none of them compare to Ideal Precision. Dustin did an excellent job from start to finish. The quality of the workmanship, professionalism, and overall service is top notch. They had my old roof removed and brand new GAF Timberline HDZ roof installed in less then a day. That’s right! I experienced some hail damage last year and needed a complete roof replacement. I noticed that Ideal Precision had several ongoing roofing jobs in the neighborhood. So, I approached one of their project managers named Jared Clonts about a roof inspection. Within the hour he was on my roof pointing out hail damage on a roof that looked perfectly fine to me. My insurance adjuster agreed with his assessment. Not only did I get a beautiful new roof but I got new gutters as well. Their crew was fast and cleaned up the work site afterwards. Jared followed up with me twice after completion of the project to make sure I was satisfied. That's a textbook example of service after the sale.
We had no clue where to even begin… We worked with Dustin Pozan… Top-notch professional! Took us through step-by-step of what we needed to do and what the insurance company was going to need from us… Did our roof inspection very thoroughly and then told us to contact our insurance company… was even here when the insurance company came to inspect our roof for damages… helped us pick out the best roof suitable for our type of house. And if I might add, there were quite a few roofs being repaired in our neighborhood and Dustin, Ideal Precision Roofing had our roof done before anybody else did and after other roofs were done we got many compliments on how well ours was done and how great it looked and how they wish they had used Ideal Precision Roofing… and at the end when they were finished, the cleanup was immaculate and left everything even cleaner than it was when they started… So I highly recommend calling Dustin Pozan at Ideal Precision Roofing ( he works hard for YOU) if ever in need of any type of repair for your roof, new roofing, gutters… Etc. you will definitely be more than pleased with your choice!
Wow! My husband and I were overwhelmed after the 2020 hail storm. We were put in touch with Dustin and he took care of us from start to finish. The company worked with our insurance and had us in a great position financially. Dustin was extremely knowledgeable about the charcoal roof we wanted. He helped dispel old beliefs about 'dark" roofing material and explained every detail we were curious about. My father is a contractor and when he visited from the coast he was impressed with the work! I highly recommend Ideal Precision Roofing for any housing needs! Oh, I forgot to mention, the company did such a great job, everyone in our cul-de-sac chose them for their roofing repairs as well!
