Dustin Pozen came out to inspect our roof and instructed us of the process. He took pictures, eagle views and submitted all the needed information to the adjuster for a roof replacement. All we had to do was submit the claim to our insurance and he took care of the rest. He was very professional, answered our calls promptly, came early on the day of installation and even came the day after to make sure everything was cleaned up. Roof was installed in one day and looks great. We had a great experience with ideal precision roofing.

James was excellent to work with. His responsiveness and dependability was so appreciated after so many other roofing companies left me hanging. He came out to do the estimate, was very knowledgeable and the repair (which was extensive) was completed in less than a week from the estimate. He was kind and efficient. The work was completed in a very timely fashion and done well. Ideal Precision is the only company I will use. Thank you James!!

James Keithley and his crew were great! James handled all the insurance claim paperwork which made the process extremely easy. Enrique and the rest of the roofing crew were very thorough in cleaning my yard and the neighbors' yard after work was completed.

He was super responsive and was able to answer my questions, plus reassure me when I was uncertain about the process. He made the process painless, and even worked with the insurance company to get the most money for the damages. He came by daily and made sure everything was top notch. The roofers were polite, respectful, cleaned up afterwards and I hardly knew they were there. I hope I don’t need another roof anytime soon, but I would definitely refer this company to anyone needing a roof! I had heard horror stories about other roofing companies, but my outcome was perfect. The roof is beautiful and it was super fast!

He came to my house multiple times - in addition to getting the information he needed to replace the roof - he also came by to show me sample roof shingles. Additionally, his roofing crew was extremely capable. The crew showed up on time and finished early - even though they had to deal with some rain throughout the day. They did a great job on my new roof installation. Lastly, Bill Dean did a superb job navigating the insurance claim complexities and ensuring that my supplement was processed in a timely manner. We had hail damage a few months ago and we used Ideal Precision. Dustin Pozan did great taking care of the insurance and getting the crew together for the job. He was always helpful and ready to help when needed. The crew worked really hard in the heat and got the job done on time. Also they cleaned up after finishing the job. I had my hail damaged composite roof replaced with a metal roof and it is gorgeous!! The demolition team was very careful not to damage landscaping and the installation crew worked fast, did a beautiful job and cleaned up daily making sure there were no metal scraps, screws or debris left on the ground. I really recommend this company!

Ideal Roofing did a fantastic job on our partial metal roof replacement for our home. Jared Clonts was the project manager for our job, and he was very professional and communicative. He also worked to find a near-perfect color match for the red metal for the roof.
