Excellent experience from start to finish. Gabe Doss in particular was professional, responsive, and honest. The team completed our roof/chimney repair promptly. Good communication, quality work, and everything was done on time. Highly recommend!

Ideal Precision Roofing provides phenomenal customer service when it matters most. I found myself in a really tight spot with my roof right before heading out of town. James, Jeff, and Josh V. came out promptly, secured the roof, and gave me total peace of mind while I was away. On top of their fast and professional response, they are proudly veteran-friendly, which means a lot. Finding a team this responsive and dependable is rare. Thank you guys for the outstanding work!

We worked with Arturo Navarro in replacing our roof. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He worked with our insurance company and saved us a lot of money. He was always available and responded timely to any questions we had. We highly recommend the company and Arturo Navarro. Annie & Bobby Ochoa

You never know what you're going to get whenever you begin conversations with a new contractor. I could not have hoped for a better roofer to arrive at my door than Mr. Jeff Beasley. He feels like a trusted friend immediately, and you get the sense that he genuinely cares about doing what is best for you. As long as he is around, I do not intend to give business to any other roofer other than Ideal Precision Roofing.

I hired them after a bad experience with a different contractor. The diagnosis that I received from Jeff made a lot of sense, and the ultimate price point was not as alarming as I had feared. Even though there was some more severe damage found whenever the work began, the cost was still kept at a reasonable rate, and I feel confident that the issue was properly addressed.

Working with Jeff and Ideal Precision Roofing was such a refreshing experience, and it has restored my faith that there are still contractors who put the customer first.

Arturo came out to inspect a possible leak and was able to identify flaws with the flashing install. He did a quick patch up and the issue was resolved on the spot, good thing too, it rained again and I didn’t have any issues. Highly recommend Ideal if you have any issues.

We contacted Ideal Precision Roofing & Exteriors, Inc. after a storm came through, and James was immediately on top of everything. He worked diligently to ensure the job was completed quickly and thoroughly.

Not only would I highly recommend Ideal Precision Roofing & Exteriors, Inc., but I’ll also be calling them again in the near future for additional work. Thanks again, James!
